Cancellation & Refund Policy

All deposits paid are 100% refundable up to 2 weeks before your reservation. 

Cancellations within 2 weeks of booking but no later than 48 hours before will be refunded in credit. A voucher allowing you to use your credit for up to 3 months. 

Any cancellations later than 48 hours before the event will be Non-refundable.  
 

All refunds must be made to the same card and card holder to made the deposit. Refunds are not automated therefore please call us on 01473 857027.
